Damaged or Faulty Items

I take a lot of care when packaging up your items, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below within 24 hours of delivery. I have tried to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible, offering a flat rate of $12, New Zealand wide (rural addresses - $15 )
