Where in the world are you based?

KJO Pottery is based in Taranaki, NZ.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Yes we do. Please check your address on the following link - you'll be able to see if your address is rural or not & then you can select the correct shipping charge at the checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Once you have placed your order, I will process and package your order within 2 business days then it will be picked up by the courier which is usually the same day or next. Please note that packages are only picked up by the courier from Monday-Friday. All packages are sent with tracked postage. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

What products do you have in stock?

All our pieces ready to purchase are uploaded to the website.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated by your address. We have a flat rate of $10 for non rural addresses & $15 for rural addresses.

How can I get a refund?

We do not accept refunds. All sales are final so please make sure you “choose wisely”. If a product arrives to you damaged then you will need to contact the courier in which you can get in contact with me & I will give you all their info to process a claim.

I want to return an item. How do I do this?

Rural Shipping

Please select rural shipping at the checkout if your address is rural. If you select standard tracking for a rural address you will be sent an email with the details of the account number for you to transfer the remaining shipping costs. Your order will NOT be sent out until the remaining is paid. I will not refund your order due to you not selecting the correct shipping fees either.
